Method
The instrument reports two numbers and never merges them. If a fact is not in a snapshot or a sample log, the page does not invent it.
Honesty
A memecoin falling on the same day equity holders rise does not prove the same people moved. That is a correlation between two aggregates. CROSSING therefore prints the gauge as a comparison, and prints crossings only from the sample.
Snapshots
Holder counts and market caps are taken at a fixed hour, daily. The comparison uses the same token set on both days so arrivals and departures from the top hundred do not distort it. Source and timestamp print with every reading.
Gaps
A missed snapshot is a gap. Neither side is interpolated. The river log leaves the row blank rather than inventing a smooth day.
Equities
A token on this chain can carry a 34,090-character name containing "Robinhood Token" with thin liquidity. Equities are classified by exact address and exact suffix, never by substring. The suffix must be " • Robinhood Token" and the name must be shorter than 80 characters.
Conduct
No wallet addresses. No calls to action to trade. No forecast of the next day. These tokens are not registered in the US and are not offered to US residents. $FORD is not added to the equity list, and no project can pay to be shown as a destination.
